Advanced File Tasks Participants will learn various file management tasks in this section, including how to use My Computer within Access and various ways to save their files (including exporting). Participants will also learn about linking files and repairing, compacting, and backing up a database.
Working With Tables Participants will learn how to customize and format tables. We will also look at managing table data entry.
Working With Forms This section will focus on creating and formatting a form.
Reports Participants will learn how to organize report data, format reports, and perform common report tasks (including adding a photo and headers and footers).
Working With Queries This section will explore how to create basic, multiple table, and action queries.
Customizing Access Participants will learn how to customize menus and toolbars and set Access options. We will also learn how to create and use macros.
Advanced Data Tools This section will discuss switchboards and data access pages.
Advanced Queries Participants will learn how to manage table relationships, use crosstab and parameter queries, and use advanced reporting features (including AutoFormat).
