Advanced Information Management Tools Participants will learn how to add holidays to their calendar, set recurring appointments and tasks, use categories, use views, link items, and perform a mail merge with Word.
Data Management This section will look at how to create and use PST files, profiles, and the Outlook Address Book. We will also explore AutoArchive, the Mailbox Cleanup tool, importing and exporting information, and creating and applying custom forms using OMSGCLAS.
Microsoft Exchange Server Participants will learn about some of the advanced features available when using a Microsoft Exchange Server account, including public folders, delegates, task assignment, Global Address List, and the Out of Office Assistant.
Advanced Topics Participants will learn how to fax from Outlook, manage security settings, use Information Rights Management, change Outlook's color scheme, and use the system tray icon. We will also explore alternatives to the free/busy calendar service.
Business Contact Manager Configuration This section will introduce participants to Business Contact Manager. We will learn how to install and configure Business Contact Manager, how to use the interface, how to set up and use the Product and Services Items List, and how to generate reports.
Using Business Contact Manager To conclude, we will explore each of the Business Contact Manager components: accounts, business contacts, business opportunities, business history, and notes. We will also learn how to link items.
